Shipping within the U.S. may take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase.
HWMSisters, LLC is NOT responsible for any lost items. If you check your tracking number and your package says delivered, but you have not received it, you will have to take this up with United States Postal Service.
International Shipping is not offered at this time.
Please make sure we have your correct shipping address. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying re-shipping fees.

To request a return you must contact us within 3 business days of your purchase at www.hwmsisters.com_contact us.
If a return is granted you will be issued a RETURN NUMBER to write on your package and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. All items must be returned in its original state. All items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. You must also INCLUDE the Receipt with your return. You will have 7 days from the date you receive your return number to return your item(s).
If these steps are not followed, your return WILL BE denied.
LIP GLOSSES CAN NOT BE RETURNED AND THEREFORE ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Any Refunds granted will be returned to whichever form of payment used, less any shipping charges which are NON-REFUNDABLE.
